A bill to provide for the termination of all U.S. military involvement in Indochina.
Vietnam Withdrawal Act - Provides that no funds appropriated under any law may be expended after the date of enactment of this Act to finance military or paramilitary operations in or over Vietnam, Laos, or Cambodia.
Provides that no funds appropriated under any law may be expended after sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act to support the deployment of United States Armed Forces in Vietnam, Laos, or Cambodia.
Provides that this Act shall have no force or effect if North Vietnam has not arranged for the release and repatriation of American prisoners of war and Americans missing in action by a date sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act.
