Provides, under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, for the suspension in whole or in part, of economic and military assistance and specific sales to any country which fails to take appropriate steps to prevent narcotic drugs produced or processed, in whole or in part, in such country from entering the United States unlawfully.
Requires the President to keep the Congress fully and currently informed with respect to any action taken by him under this Act, and prohibits his waiver of the provisions of this Act.
