A bill to establish comparable standards for grain sorghum and corn in the determination of crop disaster losses.

Provides, under the Agricultural Adjustment Act, that in the determination of disaster payments for the 1974-1977 crops, the Secretary of Agriculture shall establish standards relative to the moisture content of grain sorghum on a basis that is comparable to those established for the 1974 corn program.
