A bill to eliminate a restriction on use of certain lands patented to the city of Hobart, Kiowa County, Oklahoma.

Removes the reservation for school purposes from a lot patented by the United States to Hobart, Oklahoma, when Hobart deeds a specified lot of comparable size and value to its Board of Education.
