A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to make the stealing of a controlled substance from a pharmacy or related establishment a Federal crime.

Makes the stealing or breaking and entering with the intent to steal a controlled substance from any establishment authorized by the Attorney General to manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled substance a Federal crime punishable by imprisonment of up to 5 years, or a fine of up to $50,000, or both.
