A bill to amend the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968, as amended, to clarify the qualification section of that act with regard to service by persons whose civil rights have been restored.

Changes the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968 to permit any person who having been convicted of a felony and has been restored to his civil rights to serve on grand or petit juries of the United States district courts.
