A bill to provide for a 10-percent Federal employee pay reduction.

Provides for a 10 percent pay reduction for Federal employees subject to the General Schedule pay rates, for employees of the Foreign Service of the United States, for employees whose pay is disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate or Clerk of the House of Representatives, for members of the uniformed services, and for officers and employees whose rates of pay are subject to review by the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries.
