Emergency Famine Relief Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to purchase, under the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, live beef cattle for shipment to nations experiencing widespread famine, especially Honduras, Cyprus, and Sahel.
Authorizes to be appropraited $100,000,000 for fiscal year 1975 for the purposes of this Act.
