A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to make indemnity payments to farmers who have suffered crop depredation by migratory birds or other protected wildlife.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to make indemnity payments to any farmer who establishes, to the satisfaction of the Secretary, that he has suffered crop depredation as a result of migratory birds or other protected wildlife. Prescribes the procedure for computation of the amount of the payments.
