A bill to establish a temporary program whereby the Secretary of Agriculture shall obtain feed for dairy cattle and sell such feed to dairymen at a reduced rate if the parity price for milk falls below a specified level.

Establishes a 2-year program under which Secretary of Agriculture shall obtain feed for dairy cattle and sell such feed to dairymen at a reduced rate if the price of milk paid to producers falls below 90 percent of the parity price.
