A bill to restore the value of the dollar and restrain inflation by providing for a Federal budget in which expenditures do not exceed revenues.
Emergency Inflation Act - Expresses the findings of Congress and declares that the purpose of this Act is to require the President to submit to the Congress a budget in which Federal expenditures do not exceed the revenues received by the Government from all sources. Provides, pursuant to the Budgeting and Accounting Act, that for each fiscal year the President shall submit such a budget.
