Good Samaritan Act - Provides that any person who is licensed to practice as a physician in the United States and who, in good faith, renders emergency care to any person in need of such care within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States shall not be liable for civil damages resulting from any act or omissions amounting to gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct. Defines "good faith" and "emergency care" for purposes of this Act.
