A bill to amend the act entitled "An Act to establish a District of Columbia Armory Board, and for other purposes," and the District of Columbia Stadium Act of 1957.

Increases the amount of obligations that may be incurred by the Armory Board in the District of Columbia for athletic events, conventions, concerts, and like activities from $50,000 to $200,000.

Increases the Armory Board Capital Working Fund from $100,000 to $400,000.

Requires the difference between receipts from parking and operating expenses incurred in parking cars under the D.C. Stadium Act to be placed into the Fund.
