Lister Hill Scholarship Act - Provides under the provisions of the Public Health Service Act for additional medical scholarships to be known as Lister Hill Scholarships. Provides that such scholarships shall be awarded to individuals who agree to practice family medicine in depressed urban or rural areas.
Authorizes appropriations for such scholarships.
