Authorizes the Secretary of the Department of the Armed Forces concerned to grant reimbursement for specified moving expenses of members of the uniformed services for the transportation and travel incident to seeking new quarters, for temporary lodging, and for the expenses of selling an old residence and purchasing a new residence.
