A bill to amend title 17 of the United States Code with respect to registration for unpublished works and with respect to the fees of the Copyright Office.

Revises the copyright laws with respect to: (1) the rights of authors or proprietors of unpublished works, (2) the registration of unpublished works, (3) deposit of copyrights with the Copyright Office after publication, (4) actions or proceedings for infringement, and (5) duration, renewal, and extension of copyrights.

Increases the fees payable to the Copyright Office for registration of claims to copyright and other services rendered.
