A bill to prohibit assaults on State law-enforcement officers, firemen, and judicial officers.

Makes it a federal offense to: (1) travel in interstate commerce or use an instrumentality of interstate commerce in furtherance of a conspiracy or the actual crime of killing or assaulting any law enforcement officer, fireman, or judicial officer because of his official position; (2) assault or kill such person by means of any dangerous or deadly weapon which has been transported or is customarily distributed in interstate commerce; or (3) transport in interstate commerce any dangerous or deadly weapon with knowledge that it will be used to assault or kill such person because of his official position.
