A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act, and for other purposes.

Provides that an alien who would otherwise be excludable under the Immigration and Nationality Act may be granted a visa with the consent of the Attorney General if the act or acts rendering the alien ineligible were committed ten years or more before application for a visa.
