A bill to amend subchapter IV of chapter 5 of title 13, United States Code, to provide for the development of certain estimates of population in 1975 and every intercensal year thereafter, and for other purposes.
Federal Revenue Sharing Equity Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, through the Bureau of the Census, to develop annually updated population estimates for each unit of general government within the United States participating in general revenue sharing and other Federal legislative programs which rely on population statistics in order to allocate funds and to report such data to the Secretary of the Treasury.
