A bill to redetermine wheat, feed grain, and upland cotton allotments to more accurately reflect current cropping patterns.

Provides for the redeterminations of wheat, feed grain, and upland cotton acreage allotments for the 1975 crops based on the acreage of such crops planted for harvest or, in the case of feed grain, harvested in 1971, 1972, and 1973.
