A bill to amend the act entitled "An Act to authorize the operation of stands in Federal buildings by blind persons, to enlarge the economic opportunities of the blind, and for other purposes", approved June 20, 1936, in order to permit such persons to participate in the sale or exchange of chances for any lottery conducted by an agency of a State acting under authority of State law.
