A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to add social security benefits to the annuity and pension payments which are exempt from levy thereunder.

Includes social security benefits to the annuity and pension payments which are exempt from tax levy for the collection of unpaid taxes under the Internal Revenue Code. (Amends 26 U.S.C. 6334)
