A bill to amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to prohibit the intentional killing or injuring of marine mammals pursuant to permits authorizing the taking of such mammals incident to commercial fishing operation, to extend the authorizations for commercial fisheries gear development for 2 years.
