A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code, to provide, in certain instances, up to 18 months of additional educational assistance for graduate or professional study.

Provides additional educational assistance for a period of up to 18 months for graduate or professional study to eligible veterans who: (1) have received educational assistance (under chapter 34 of title 38, U.S. Code) for 36 months, or (under section 1791 of title 38) for 48 months; and (2) have completed at least 1 year of graduate or professional study.
