A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the remarriage of an individual entitled to widow's or widower's insurance benefits shall in no case have the effect of terminating or reducing such benefits.

Provides that the remarriage of an individual entitled to widow's or widower's insurance benefits, under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, shall not have the effect of terminating or reducing such benefits.
