A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to liberalize the provisions relating to the payment of pension.

Authorizes the continued payment of the amount payable under veterans' disability pensions for purposes of aid and attendance, which payment is based upon the number of dependents of the veterans, following the death of a dependent, in specified cases where the veteran's annual income does not exceed maximum income limits set forth in this Act.
