A bill to amend title 23 of the United States Code to add 272 miles to the Interstate System and provide for the inclusion of a critical north-south highway corridor.

Provides for the addition of two hundred and seventy-two miles to the Interstate System. Stipulates that such mileage shall be available only for designation as an Interstate System traffic corridor between Buffalo, New York, and the Bedford exchange of I-76, Pennsylvania.

Authorizes appropriations of $454,000,000 out of the Highway Trust Fund to carry out the provisions of this Act.
