A bill to amend title 28 of the United Stated Code to increase the availability of the class action mechanism in Federal cases by permitting the creation of manageable subclasses.

Provides that in any Federal class action case the trial court may make any order respecting the size of the class or the creation of a subclass as it determines is necessary to render such class action more manageable and is compatible with the interests of justice.
