Extends the protection of the Executive Protective Service to all foreign diplomatic missions located in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and in such other metropolitan areas in the United States, its territories and possessions, where there are located 20 or more such missions headed by full-time career officers (presently limited to missions located in Washington, D.C.). (Amends 3 U.S.C. 202)
Authorizes reimbursement to State and local governments for such services. (Adds 3 U.S.C. 208)
