A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to improve the business loan program for veterans and to make veterans who served after January 31, 1955, eligible for such program.

Increases from 50 to 75 percent that portion of business loans which may be guaranteed by the Federal Government through the Veterans Administration and which may be used by veterans for the acquisition, construction, or repair of business property.

Establishes $30,000 as the maximum amount of guaranty available to a veteran under this program.
