A bill to remove statutory limitations upon the application of the Sherman Act to labor organizations and their activities, and for other purposes.

Antitrust Law Labor Amendments - Removes statutory limitations upon the application of the Sherman and Clayton Acts to labor organizations and their activities. States that every contract or agreement between any labor organization and any employer whereby such employer undertakes to cease or to refrain from using, selling, handling, transporting, or otherwise dealing in any of the products of any producer, processor, or manufacturer which are distributed in trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared illegal.

Provides that every person who enters into, attempts to enter into, or conspires with any other person to enter into any such contract or agreement shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $50,000 or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
