A bill to provide for a Federal income tax credit for the cost of certain motor vehicles sold in the State of California.

Provides for a Federal income tax credit for the cost of specified motor vehicle emission controls on 1975 model motor vehicles sold new in the State of California. Limits such credit to $300 per individual.
