A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide the conditions under which distinterment of decedents in national cemeteries may be authorized.

Provides that disinternment of veteran decedents in national cemeteries must be authorized in writing by the Director of the National Cemetery System setting forth cogent reasons for such disinternment, accompanied by: (1) written consent of all living close relatives of the decedent, and (2) a court order.
