A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code in order to provide for the reduction in survivor annuities under the survivor benefit plan by reason of social security benefits based on military service only if such benefits are in fact received by the survivor.

Provides for the reduction in survivor annuities under the survivor benefit plan for members of the Armed Forces by reason of social security benefits based on military service only if such benefits are in fact received by the survivor (previously if the survivor was entitled to such benefits). (Amends 10 U.S.C. 1451 (a)).
