Prohibits the sale or importation of eyeglass frames or sunglasses made of cellulose nitrate or other flammable materials. Allows a 30 day grace period for imports, and a 6 month period for disposal of existing shelf or display stocks.
Prescribes a $1,000 fine for each eyeglass or sunglass frame imported or sold in violation of this Act.
