A bill to amend the chapter of title 10 of the United States Code relating to U.S. real property, to permit a percentage of the receipts from leasing certain property to be used by public schools where the property is located.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to provide that a percentage of the receipts from leasing military real property for purposes of grazing or agriculture be used by public schools in the counties in which the property is located. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 2667 (d))
