A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Navy to construct and provide offshore facilities for the education and convenience of visitors to the U.S.S. Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor and to transfer responsibility for their operation and maintenance to the National Park Service.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to construct and provide shoreside facilities for the education and convenience of visitors to the United States Ship Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor and to transfer responsibility for its operation and maintenance to the National Park Service.

Authorizes to be appropriated $2,500,000 for the planning, construction, equipping, and furnishing of such facilities.
