Provides, under title II of the Social Security Act (Federal Old-age, Survivors and Disability Insurance Benefits), for voluntary agreements between clergymen and their employers to treat clergymen as employed persons. Prescribes the criteria under which service performed in the employ of a religious, charitable, educational or other tax-exempt organization by a duly ordained, commissioned or licensed clergyman of a church shall constitute employment for purposes of this Act. Sets forth the procedures for such elective coverage for clergymen as employees.
