Provides that whoever transports, stores, sells or disposes of any gravestone, burial monument, mausoleum, or any part thereof, in interstate or foreign commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen or removed from the gravesite without consent, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. States that for purposes of providing effective enforcement of this Act, if any gravestone is missing for more than twenty-four hours there shall be created, for purposes of investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a rebuttable presumption that such item has been transported in interstate or foreign commerce.
