Provides an exemption from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act for full-time babysitters employed on a full-time basis in domestic service employment if such babysitter's employer has a gross income of less than $7,500, or if the employer and his spouse have a joint gross income of less than $15,000.
