A bill to further amend and extend the authority for regulation of exports.
Extends the Export Control Administration Act of 1969 for 2 years to 1976.
Provides that in curtailing exports so as to effectuate the policy set forth in the Export Control Administration Act, the President is authorized and directed to allocate a portion of export licenses on the basis of factors other than a prior history of exportation.
