A bill to amend section 552 of title 5, United States Code (known as the "Freedom of Information Act"), to provide for increased public access to certain Federal agency records.

Makes technical changes in the disclosure provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, to facilitate public access to specified classes of Federal agency records.

Provides that if any agency denies any record to any person under such Act it shall make such information available and any related documents with such deletions as deemed necessary.
