Extends until January 31, 1976, the time within which the National Commission for the Review of Federal and State Laws on Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance is authorized to make its report.
Provides that the law with respect to public disclosure shall not apply to records, reports, or transcripts of the closed sessions of the Commission.
Provides that, notwithstanding other provisions of law, the Commission may use intercepted wire or oral communications as evidence in its proceedings.
