Makes it unlawful to: (1) restrain or coerce any person to refrain from dealing in any way in any agricultural commodity grown or produced by any other person; (2) condone violence at or about the premises of any person engaged in agriculture during the course of a labor dispute or engage in any work stoppage that will cause damage to a substantial portion of a perishable food crop; (3) engage in collective bargaining by a representative of the agriculture industry not elected in a secret ballot election by a majority of the represented employees; and (4) restrain any person engaged in agriculture from freely engaging in collective bargaining through representatives of their own choosing.
