A bill to amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933 as reenacted, amended and supplemented by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended, to protect the orderly flow of agricultural commodities from farms to consumers.

Makes it unlawful to: (1) restrain or coerce any person to refrain from dealing in any way in any agricultural commodity grown or produced by any other person; (2) condone violence at or about the premises of any person engaged in agriculture during the course of a labor dispute or engage in any work stoppage that will cause damage to a substantial portion of a perishable food crop; (3) engage in collective bargaining by a representative of the agriculture industry not elected in a secret ballot election by a majority of the represented employees; and (4) restrain any person engaged in agriculture from freely engaging in collective bargaining through representatives of their own choosing.
