Summary

Increases the authorization under the Federal-Aid Highway Act for the construction of bridges on Federal dams to $23,161,000 (presently $16,761,000).

Provides that funds appropriated under this authorigation shall be used in connection with the reconstruction of a bridge across Chicamauga Dam on the Tennessee River. (Amends 23 U.S.C. 320(d))
