A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to make it unlawful for any person holding Federal office to accept or receive any honorarium in excess of $500, and for other purposes.

Makes it unlawful for any person holding Federal office to accept or receive any honorarium in excess of $500, or to accept more than $5,000 in honorariums in any calendar year.

Imposes a $1,000 fine, or 1 year imprisonment, or both, for violation of this Act.
