A bill to amend the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, by extending certain expiration dates, and for other purposes.

Extends for three years the expiration dates of specified provisions of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Extends for three years the Emergency Insured Student Loan Act of 1969.
