A bill to establish a Department of Social, Economic, and Natural Resources Planning in the executive branch of the Federal Government.

Establishes in the executive branch the Department of Social, Economic, and Natural Resources Planning, to be headed by an Administrator.

Requires the Department to report annually to the Congress and the President on the status of resources and social programs and goals for better utilization of resources and social programs.
