Provides that a witness in a Federal court or grand jury proceeding may be ordered to provide information after asserting his privilege against self-incrimination after a review of the underlying facts.
Provides that where a United States district judge determines, upon application, that a grant of immunity to a witness would not be in the interest of justice, he may refuse to sign the order granting such immunity.
