A bill to provide for the more equitable administration of revenues derived from certain Federal lands, and for other purposes.

Establishes a Natural Resources Trust Fund to be administered by the Secretary of the Interior. Provides that amounts from such trust fund shall be available for developing and maintaining the public lands for the purposes and uses which have been authorized by applicable Federal law and to make payments to other special funds, such as the Land and Water Conservation Fund, for the purposes of such funds.

Sets forth duties of the Secretary under this Act.
